The Core Services Engineering and Operations (CSEO) HR team is seeking an experienced HR partner to serve as the Senior Line Solutions Human Resource Manager. The CSEO organization builds and runs critical products and services that enables Microsoft to serve our customers. As the Senior Line Solutions HRM, you will work with the business to solve complex HR queries across the organization. You will be an integral member of the Line Solutions team leading the way in optimized delivery of HR service and solutions, data-driven, growth oriented and strategic HR. HR Line Solutions teams are chartered with improving the employee and manager experience by providing timely support around various HR policies

Key Accountabilities: Provides HR consulting services to various stakeholders regarding processes managed, in both proactive and reactive ways Drives resolution of issues, in collaboration with partners in staffing, human resources, CELA Employment Legal Team, ERIT and other groups. Will escalate to team lead when necessary. May assist with ERIT investigations and implements appropriate remediation in conjunction with the organization. Manages processes to include performance management cases, connect guidance, rewards support, coaching, policy guidance and any other HR relevant processes that
Skills and Qualifications: Ability to manage and resolve a caseload of sensitive employee matters in a complex business environment Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills Effective consulting skills Demonstrable experience in analyzing business issues and providing scalable HR solutions that address and align to broader business requirements Ability to deal with ambiguity, and achieve results in a fast-paced team environment Ability to analyze HR data and drive solutions or recommendations based
