This hands-on individual contributor role will partner extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and implement customized healthcare concepts and delivery solutions for Amazon employees.Qualified candidates need to have occupational and/or primary healthcare program management experience in addition to prior experience designing and implementing new healthcare programs and mechanisms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and works effectively with internal and external contacts; has proven abilities to manage vendor partners and critical projects concurrently and through to successful completion; and, enjoys the challenges of developing and improving employee experience processes in a highly dynamic environment.
