Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven program management experience to join the growing corporate team that supports GSF Central Operations (CO). This individual will primarily focus on developing and integrating CO’s portfolio of managed activities in partnership with Prime Now Retail, Whole Foods Market, Fresh, Treasure Truck, and AMXL. This role will require strong analytical ability, problem solving, and unrelenting customer obsession on behalf of CO. Responsible driving program integration into CO, specifically liaising with strategy development, technical, operational execution, supply chain, and other supporting teams. This Sr. PM’s scope will include executing large-scale process integration/improvement opportunities for upstream GSF stakeholders into CO, and will involve defining functional requirements, operational processes and specifications, KPIs and measures of success, testing/validation timelines,
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, engineering, operations, operations analysis, etc.) · 5+ years of experience in managing cross-functional programs, including external and internal stakeholders · Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment · Intermediate to advance experience with MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint · Ability to travel up to 25% · MBA/MS, military experience, and/or work experience in dedicated project management or business intelligence highly desired · Prior experience or use of Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP · Ability to organize and manage multiple
