Amazon is seeking a delivery-oriented, strategic project/program manager to join our Operations and Customer Service talent acquisition team. This role will focus on strategic team operations and new high impact innovations such as providing our candidates with the same amazing experience that our customers have come to expect from Amazon.com, strategic sourcing including diverse talent innovations, driving process improvements across the organization, identifying new opportunities for high impact delivery of services, and leading projects to provide optimized services to our recruiters, candidates and hiring managers. The candidate will have a proven record of full cycle project/program management, from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement, preferably with independent or start-up experience.
