Are you an experienced Program Manager looking to have a global influence at Amazon? The HR Services team needs a Strategic Program Manager to build a vision and drive a consistent Day 1 experience for every employee at Amazon globally. We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and creative problem solver to join our team. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced start-up like environment, have a passion for innovation and improvement, and has the perseverance to execute a program to from beginning to end. If you have strong program management skills, the ability to work across many functions and cultures and coordinate and drive dependencies from multiple partners and stakeholders, you’ll feel right at home in this role. You’ll be responsible for evaluating the current state of the Day 1 experience and building a strategy and vision, and executing the ideal Day 1 experience that is standard across all of Amazon globally. This role is inherently cross-functional -- you will

· Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field · 7+ years experience in program or project management, managing multiple, complex cross-functional projects and products concurrently · 3+ years relevant global program and project management experience · Experience providing portfolio level support - creating the schedule, the plan and executing the roadmap of a suite of tools/products/services. · High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously · Resourceful problem solver · Ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in multiple locations
