Passionate about bringing diverse talent to Amazon? Specialty Recruiting (SR) is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead our diversity recruiting programs. In this role you’ll develop org-wide strategic direction, and will envision, create, and run programs to accelerate our diversity recruiting efforts. This is a high visibility role that will own goals reported at the Sr. Vice President (SVP) level. It requires strong analytical skill, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and an excitement to experiment with new ideas. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to Amazon culture! The ideal candidate operates effectively in an ambiguous environment and has a demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects and driving them to completion. Because the person in this role will influence global team members, they will also need to be highly collaborative and able to influence without authority while also being able to work with significant autonomy. · Passion for building diverse leadership at Amazon · Bachelor's Degree in Business or other relevant field; or equivalent experience · 5+ years of project management experience · 5+ years of experience managing recruiting programs · Experience building processes and programs from scratch · Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and deliver results · Strong written and verbal communication with experience presenting to senior management· Strong focus and attention to detail; the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, yet able to maintain high quality standards
