Amazon.com is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Total Rewards team in Seattle, WA. This person will need to be a strategically-oriented individual with strong communication skills that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. Qualified candidates will have some benefits experience in addition to prior experience with implementing new strategies and mechanisms for program and project management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has proven abilities to manage critical projects concurrently and through to successful completion, and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a highly dynamic environment.
