This business-oriented HR professional will be responsible for supporting and executing the global people agenda, while integrating HR objectives with business strategy to drive performance, accountability, change, organizational alignment, leadership and management effectiveness in a diverse and inclusive environment. In addition, you should have depth in some of the following, with strength and/or curiosity across many: organization design, change management, organization effectiveness, leadership development, and/or talent management and workforce planning.

Skills and Qualifications: BS/BA degree is preferred. MBA or MA in HR-related field, along with a PHR/SPHR certification, is preferred 7+ years' HR experience Ability to have difficult, nuanced conversations with clarity, empathy, and a focus on the employee experience. Demonstrated success in applying fresh, creative thinking and a growth mindset to long-standing, complex challenges/problems resulting in high impact outcomes.
