In the MSUS Business Sales Operations (BSO) Programs and Operations (BPO) team, we are looking to hire a Planning Program Manager business leader with experience and a passion to work across the US Commercial business leaders in marketing, finance, sales and operations to collectively develop and land the Commercial Execution Plan (CEP) in partnership with the MSUS CMO team to achieve the US Commercial business goals with our customers and partners and MSUS as the Commercial Vanguard

Project Management: The MSUS BPO Planning Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end US Commercial Execution Plan workplan across critical planning workstreams across budget, scorecard, blueprint, commercial strategy and execution, and marketing initiatives, etc. Clear workstream owners, deliverables, workback plans and milestones to support MSUS LT alignment and sign-off on the US Commercial plan and strategy for all planning workstreams is a key deliverable for this role. Partnership: Ensure strong collaboration and alignment between stakeholder teams – including BPO, BSO, Solution Areas,
Minimum 7 years of project/program management experience and/or business planning experience Solution mindset – good judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, patience, and professionalism in all transactions Experience leading complex and phased projects across multiple workstreams with constrained timelines Drive clarity, generate energy and deliver results and planned outcomes Proven experience collaborating with and influencing leaders to maintain consistency and scale processes across teams Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively
