The AWS Talent Acquisition Operations team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive material change in our business operations to scale our efforts globally. The role focuses on global process improvement by conceptualizing and developing an idyllic future state, implementing new tools and automation, and a roadmap that works to the long term vision. In this role, you will invent on behalf of candidates, experiment and test new ideas, evangelize successes, and drive consistency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of end to end program management, from concept and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement. · 5+ years of relevant program/project management experience · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree · Experience leading cross-functional projects with demonstrated expertise in leading without authority to achieve results· MBA or Master's Degree · Successful record of building, improving and running operational business processes globally, ability to drive program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction · Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail · Well-honed
