Services Insights team is chartered to enable positive business outcomes by driving right behaviors and decisions through bold insights. This team understands the business goals, strategic drivers, success outcomes and associated behaviors, leading to the findings and insights needed to support the business outcomes. You will partner to meet a spectrum of demand across insights, analytics, decision-boards and scorecards. Drive complex initiatives impacting the data platform and reporting/analytics ecosystem Lead thorough business impact assessment of each initiative and workstream therein, with the lens of unlocking business value through the modernization of data platforms/architecture and simplification of insights ecosystem Enable all stakeholders and leaders on prioritizing on the initiatives/workstreams/features based on business continuity and business value dimensions. Partner with leaders to frame, shape and execute on the critical insights for business decisions Engage broadly with multiple teams to frame,
15+ years of experience in managing and/or running large scale and complex programs with focus on BI and Analytics Strong experience in managing relationships with business leaders and executives, leading complex portfolio of engagements or programs, enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions Ability to engage with senior leaders and align as well as challenge their thinking Strong experience to partner with design/architecture/engineering teams with a strong bias for data platforms and reporting ecosystem. Experience building and operationalizing complex, large scale, highly available BI experiences
