In this role, you'll help to define and drive our engineering team's support tooling investment and development effort collaborating with the product marketing, designer, customer support, and partner teams (internal and external to Microsoft). You'll help define what investments we should make to enable us to scale as we bring more Azure services onto our platform and our customer adoption grows at exponential rate, while raising the customer experience at the same time. The ideal candidate will have: • Experience or familiarity with the Azure or any other public cloud services, experience with Azure Stack would be preferred (but not required) • Ability to build and expand partnerships across organizations • Ability to innovate and think out of the box • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills • Collaborative attitude, always working toward customer and business goals • Demonstrated communication skills with organizations, customers and individuals. • Experience or passion to learn customer support experiences, toolings and industry best practices Basic
