Amazon's Customer and Brand Trust team is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a passion for making a big impact through innovation and delivering solutions at scale. In this role you will manage global debt recovery programs that keep the Amazon Marketplace safe while delivering a world-class experience for Sellers on Amazon. You will identify and drive projects with substantial financial impact, and have ownership of multiple critical operational programs. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results and create solutions that endure. The right candidate for this role is a strong owner, with a bias for action, the ability to dive deep, think big, and insist on the highest standards. This role provides an opportunity to develop original ideas, challenge status quo, and solve complex problems in a rapidly evolving, ambiguous environment. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. · 4+ years of relevant work experience in Program management, process improvement and/or operations in a Customer Service environment. · 3+ years experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate sound program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements. · Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles and develop processes at scale. · Demonstrated organizational skills, and ability to work independently and autonomously.· Experience in Payments, Risk/Fraud,
