Are you an experienced Program Manager looking to have a global influence at Amazon? We are looking for a talented and driven creative problem solver to join our Employee Services Global Expansions, Mergers and Acquisitions (ES-GEMA) team as Global Portfolio Manager. This role will specifically focus on portfolio and team management for the HR Global Site Expansion portfolio. You will work with HR Employee Services leaders, program managers, project managers, transition managers, customers and business partners across HR to implement the portfolio and project management practices, ensuring they are understood, adopted, and flexible in meeting the needs of users across the globe. Also, you will own the portfolio performance in achieving business objectives and quality project execution, including development and/or refinement of best practices.
