Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Operations Administrator to support the initiatives of the Marketing Automation team, focused on the SFDC CRM and Sales Engagement software to deliver a great experience for our customers. The successful candidate will have technical expertise with Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, experience building and supporting global users, dashboards and reporting, and the ability to own the relationship with local Sales and Marketing teams focusing on collecting user feedback, training and system adoption. While collaborating with Marketing Automation team, local Sales teams and local Marketing teams this individual will manage the day to day Sales Engagement software configuration, create onboarding training, implement marketing automation best practices, and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements. This position is the liaison between the Marketing Automation team and the Sales and Marketing teams, to ensure that
• 2 + years of sales system administration and sales or marketing operations experience • Previous process re-engineering experience, reporting, and improving workflow • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools • Experience working at a startup or in an agile environment • Strong analytical and communication skills • Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, and Marketo • Experience training and supporting Sales and Marketing users • Ability to go beyond the executional or tactical tasks and come up with holistic view of Outreach future to support and drive business growth
