Overview We are looking for a person to join our WW Consumer and Device Sales (CDS) Sales Excellence team. The right candidate would manage the day to day CDS Sales Excellence Business desk, drive retail tools requirements and launch, as well as own account planning and retail sales reporting from a worldwide perspective. This role will support play a key role in strengthening Business desk processes, capabilities and scope. The right person would be able to balance business need and agility with the overarching mandate to ensure compliance as an underpinning value across all Sales excellence projects.
Role deliverables • Manage the day to day CDS Business desk including: o Establishing clear process and approval flows for all Business desk requests. o Develop and run training of worldwide sales community o Evangelize the role and scope of the Business desk within and outside CDS o Ongoing collaboration with Global Retail Contracts Ops team and clearly document roles and responsibilities across the two teams • Drive regular rhythm around WW Sales excellence community engagement • Facilitate WW Account Planning Sessions for top Retailers and Distributors • Drive reporting sales reporting onboarding,
Key skills • Experience working in a high paced, constantly changing environment • Retail and consumer electronics background • Experience working in a matrixed organization with decision makers and stakeholders across teams and orgs • Proven track record of delivering high quality training and readiness material • Contract management experience
