Within WWL, the Global Field and Partner Learning (GFPL) team leads cross-segment, role-based learning programs focused on increasing technical, industry, and professional capabilities, to measurably accelerate field and partner performance. Our team delivers learning programs to over 60,000 professionals across our field organization, and to over 1 million learners across our partner ecosystem. The GFPL team supporting Customer Service and Support (CSS) is seeking a Learning Business Program Manager (BPM) for Digital and Developer Support Business (D2SBU) and Dynamics to drive the orchestration

Execute on learning and development plans based upon business needs that result in an increasingly skilled workforce. Manage a small set of contingent staff resources—e.g. Instructional Designers and Content Developers. Manage projects, where applicable, through an Agile approach. Drive the design, creation, review, and implementation of content and courseware on time and on budget.
Qualifications: 4+ years' experience delivering large program, project and learning and development efforts, executing learning and development strategies and frameworks, defining learning and development/project/program plans and executing on those plans to deliver business results. 3+ years' experience in a consulting or proactive support related role. Proven communication skills and ability to effectively influence colleagues and management. Demonstrated ability to deliver results, meeting and exceeding expectations.
