The AMZL Learning and Talent Development (L and TD) organization educates customers, partners, and AMZL Employees globally on AMZL processes, technology, and best practices. We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to report on trends and metrics to influence business strategies for the AMZL L and TD organization. As the AMZL L and TD Business Intelligence Engineer you will create data models, analyze data, and developing reporting structures to provide insights on program trends and learning program compliance in our AMZL Delivery Stations. We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting into data and understanding patterns and performance to summarize and present to business stakeholders. The right candidate will be passionate about working with large datasets and should be someone who loves to bring data together to answer complex business questions that deepen our understanding of our business drivers. · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a similar discipline with analytical bias · 3+ years of relevant work experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, or similar position requiring analysis · 1+ years of experience in data analytics · Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) · Experience with business intelligence and data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) · Experience creating presentations · Experience distilling problem definitions, models, and constraints from informal business requirements · Experience communicating
