The Consumer Learning Team is looking for an innovative Leadership Development Professional to join our team in Seattle. This position will be responsible for assisting in the design, deployment and measurement of impact of our scalable learning solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to own learning solutions from end-to-end and will have a hands-on role deploying learning solutions, engaging stakeholders, building pools of leaders to deploy scalable learning solutions via leader led development, and learning through customer feedback to improve the learning experience. This role will involve developing new solutions and supporting the deployment of existing solutions. You will be responsible for developing new learning content such as a mentorship or peer-to-peer learning program with corresponding learning materials, and then engaging
· 5+ years of relevant experience building innovative blended learning solutions for all levels of leadership · Proven ability to develop content and manage virtual or self-paced learning solutions, such as e-learning, virtual communities, performance support tools, self-assessments, videos, and curated micro-learning · Established track record of planning and executing large scale, cross-functional initiatives; · Experience working with LMS and program management · Proven ability to measure the impact of learning initiatives and use data and metrics to make recommendations; proficient in Excel
