The Worldwide Customer Experience Team brings together the best executive engagement programs and assets within Microsoft – including our Executive Briefing Centers (EBC) and Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC) to deliver world-class customer experiences with the goal of leading our customers through their digital transformation journey. As part of the Enterprise Strategic Initiatives team, we are responsible for defining the customer experience, engaging directly with our top strategic and enterprise customers, and providing segment leadership to the field. We are looking for an experienced Business Program Manager with extensive technical and Microsoft Dynamics background. This role is critical to the Customer Experience Team's digital transformation, delivering global software and business intelligence solutions at scale. Lead and define the vision for our Engagement Management platform, currently built on Dynamics CRM. Collaborate with the CET Tools lead to define the future state processes for supporting the tools portfolio Partner with the CET, and MTC stakeholders in the field to gather software and BI requirements Organize and manage the CET Tools software and BI roadmap Author requirements for enhancing the CET centralized data warehouse combining data from the EBC, MTC and Executive Sponsorship tools Monitor, analyze and interpret CET data, delivering actionable insights to CET leadership Leverage your business
Requirements: The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical depth and passion for understanding the details of the CET business, our stakeholders and Microsoft's most important customers Strong technical project management and program management skills Very strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with a global network of stakeholders Experience working with or managing vendor teams, developing scopes of work/key performance indicators (KPI), managing performance to contract KPI's, forecasting budget requirements and managing within budget Strong stage presence, with the ability
