We're currently recruiting for a highly visible Business Program Manager (BPM) role that will sit on the Strategy and Operations Team under the Office of the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) for Microsoft U.S. This team drives strategy and action around the most critical activities and programs

• Business Planning: Set the priorities, devise, and lead highly complex programs across multiple organizations, based on strategic intent and change-management considerations. Orchestrate plan completion across disciplines and stakeholders, and negotiate trade-offs as needed. • Program Support and Management: Drive consistency, quality and insights across relevant programs using a data driven approach; facilitate and support business reviews, RoB management, reporting, execution, etc. • Strategic Initiatives: Work on top initiatives with teams across Microsoft to identify opportunities, gaps and
• 5-10 years of related experience. • Experience at MSFT and deep knowledge within Sales Excellence, Business Planning, Sales Operations, and/or Finance. • Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management. • Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome. • Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights. • History of driving operational discipline as well as innovation. Skills and Knowledge and Competencies • Must be able to work independently, have a bias for action and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
