WW Business Development, Advertising and Entertainment (BDAE) HR Programs is seeking a Principal, Learning and Organization Development with the ability to analyze organizational trends and metrics and implement learning and/or other programmatic solution to address opportunity areas. Who You Are: You are a highly curious about what makes successful teams and organizations perform well. You take an analytical approach to analyzing and diagnosing organizational development needs. You are able to design, develop and implement development programs with an emphasis on building capability in senior leaders and managers globally. While you have a strong understanding of the principles of organization design, you are able to apply them in a pragmatic way that is understood and can be applied by our HR and business partners. You build strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups and continually dive deep to understand their learning needs, using data and insights to ensure that the
Basic Qualifications: · Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field with over 10 years’ experience in I/O psych, organization development/design, instructional design and development, and/or program management. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. · Ability to handle high volume workload, dive deep into the details, and willingness to "roll up your sleeves." · Conduct needs analyses to uncover organizational needs and translate findings of needs analyses into learning
