The Amazon HR Services Solutions (HRSS) is seeking an experienced Workday test lead with expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) to play a key role planning, designing, and leading End to End User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Service Rehearsal, Game Day, and regression test activities for Employee Services business processes. Our preferred candidate would have experience building and managing a test team, deep knowledge and hands on Workday HCM testing experience including working with business users globally to gather and comprehend business process, working with development and integration teams, leading and managing end user testing, and post implementation support. · Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field · 7+ years of HR or related experience · Knowledge of software end to end testing methodologies, tools and processes · Experience managing global team· Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations · Demonstrated experience with Workday, HCM, PeopleSoft, or SAP implementation projects in any of the following areas: - Absence Management - Core HR - Time Off Tracking - Payroll - Manager Self-Service - Integration
