As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) you will draw on your strong analytical skills to dive deep and design logical and flexible solutions that simplify complex or redundant processes, seeking to standardize where possible and to improve the overall quality of the process/product. Your work is the basis for the technical build and testing efforts that follow, and your thoroughness will diminish scope creep and timeline delays. You are the main point of contact for business POC/SMEs, developers, and testers because you become the SME on the process/solution being automated/designed. · 6+ years’ experience as a business systems/functional analyst · 2+ years' experience evaluating and improving business processes · 3+ years' experience developing test plans and scripts covering QA, regression, SIT, and UAT scenarios · Experience documenting and mapping business processes, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and root cause analysis · Proven experience automating manual processes · Demonstrated experience mentoring team members · Advanced SQL skills – able to extract and analyze data using SQL · Experience working in agile environment · Exceptional written and verbal
