Workday HCM Team Global Change Leader
The Global Change Leader for Employee Services will partner with the core PeopleTech Workday HCM Team to lead and administer global mechanisms that support the established change and program management teams for the platform rollout. They will be an integral partner with Employee Services Managers, business leaders, SMEs and Project Managers around the world, to define and implement change management strategies and plans. They will influence and drive change strategy across all internal partners advocating the value of structured change planning, and will assist the evolution of key change mechanisms leading the change process for the Workday implementation. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with experience building global programs and delivering creative solutions in a dynamic, fast paced environment. · Bachelors-level degree in business, human resources or related field. · Experience delivering change for global migration to the Workday Human Capital Management platform. · 8+ years relevant program management experience. Proven project management track record, with demonstrated experience with system deployments and process re-engineering. · 5+ years change management, communications, and/or training experience with a successful record of building effective change management strategies leveraging a variety of technologies and approaches in a global environment.· Masters-level degree in business,
