We are responsible for designing incentive compensation plans which are aligned with strategic business objectives that both enable our sales teams to perform and transform. We implement plans with a focus on execution excellence and timely and accurate payments to all plan participants. We also provide strategic insight into compensation attainment that is used by Senior Sales Leadership in their decision making. We are transforming our org in the same way as our sellers are with their customers..

Responsibilities: Determine implementation path and enable landing of new approved Plan Design (plan constructs) all the way to execution of timely payouts including, WWIC v-team engagement, End-to-End Implementation signoff that entails (1) Creation of validation checklist – from Plan conception to Participant Experience (2) Designing implementation path options with desired approach (pros/cons) (3) Variable Incentive Plan validation approach across cross-functional team (4) creating workback plan for validation process (5) Validating results when running water through pipes (in partnership with
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4 + years of experience in any project management, business operations, finance and analysis, strategic or relationship management role. Preferred qualifications include: MBA or Masters level qualification desirable Knowledge of compensation principles, incentive programs, Sales operations, highly desirable with experience in a Fortune 500 company. Ability to develop and implement creative solutions and influence others in their adoption.
