Primary responsibilities: Define and execute against the Microsoft strategy and roadmap for the client experience to realize the benefits internally while showcasing them to Enterprise customers Manage service or component operations through Suppliers and vendor teams to achieve or exceed SLAs, KPIs, and strategic goals Manage multiple service or component specific initiatives simultaneously to expedite delivery of planned changes Collaborate with teams across Core Services Engineering and Product Groups to understand new features, influence product roadmaps, and drive feedback to improve product
Key Skill Sets: Experience managing the services/components (hardware, software, or service offerings) for at least one of the core client experiences (e.g., Client Patching, Software Distribution, Software Asset Management, Windows and Office Deployment and Supportability, Client Hardware Analysis/Testing, etc.) Experience managing technical projects or product/services delivery, working with product teams, Suppliers, and vendors Experience with computer science, mathematics, or other technical/quantitative disciplines Experience with client management technologies such as SCCM/Intune Demonstrated
