The Amazon HR Services Solutions (HRSS) is seeking an experienced Workday 3P Integrations lead with expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) to play a key role planning, designing, and leading End to End User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Service Rehearsal and regression test activities for Employee Services business processes. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders to understand key business requirements and implement Workday Integrations requirements for end users. Successful candidates will provide functional process knowledge and have the ability to translate Workday and client terms so that all participants can contribute to the success of the implementation
· Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline. · 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience · Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Financial Management · Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management, project management, and leading through influence· Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field · Proficient understanding of HR domains and processes · Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units · 3+ years of experience in Workday Integrations · Experience developing
