Amazon is migrating to Workday! The Amazon HR Services Solutions (HRSS) is seeking an experienced Workday Security Manager. The role will be in charge of system security and they will liaise with People Technology and business teams on design, approval workflow, test and implementation. Our preferred candidate will have deep knowledge and hands on Workday experience with a broad knowledge of human resources processes and best practices. This individual will need the ability to work autonomously and efficiently in order to ensure the smooth running of Workday projects and integrations. Job responsibilities include: · Manage the design, configuration, testing and implementation of Workday security · Initiate security assignments to new users, security user changes and user removals · Audit and maintain existing security structure · Manage Workday Access Controls projects across modules - Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Sensitive Access, Access request management, and Emergency access management
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field or the equivalent experience · 7+ years of HR or related experience · Hands on experience and understanding of security and security implementation within Workday; lead and managed Workday Access Control projects· Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field · Experience working with remote stakeholders and project resources · Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders and matrix environment · Understanding of data compliance for a global entity · Experience
