Our focus is delivering key assets and providing guidance for top Account Based Engagements. We are looking to hire a talented, seasoned Program Manager to create and deliver customer facing assets that connect to Digital Transformation scenarios and Account specific DT Journeys this will be serving our global S400 teams, Microsoft Services business and supporting the Worldwide Commercial Business objectives for Digital Transformation. In this hands-on role, you will lead and actively manage a budget for an outsourced team that designs excellence and innovation in Digital Transformation Assets. As a key contributor, you will partner with S400 Account Teams and Digital Advisor Organization to build efficient, effective global impact and relationships. The ideal candidate will be a great collaborator with a strong mentoring side as well as and an understanding of what it takes to delight and engage our customers (Microsoft customers, Sales teams and Area leaders).
You will be responsible for managing budget and the rhythm for asset creation and delivery and some of the mechanisms to drive consumption and discovery of customer facing assets. This includes: DT Hub content , Targeted Sales Acceleration engine, defining asset requirements and production estimates, locking scope and creating bill of materials, executing on plans, launch and asset support and the support/enhancement of asset services. In addition, we are looking for someone with experience in sales or consulting services, who can connect and partner with cross organizational stakeholders at all
Successful candidates will have: • 5+ years of direct enterprise customer experience and/or supporting enterprise field services sales organizations • A deep understanding of Microsoft Services business and sales processes in subsidiaries worldwide, and an empathy for the unique challenges of small, medium and large subsidiaries • Ability to partner with teams across different time zones and HQ to display thought leadership in landing Enterprise Services solutions and assets with field stakeholders • Connection with the field, especially the Service Solution Strategy Management community, and ability
