Global Account Manager - Telco The Global Accounts Manager will be responsible for providing global business leadership and management of assigned accounts within the Telecom vertical. You will manage a team of sales executives, build and maintain key relationships, develop and manage opportunities, monitor deployment projects and engage virtual resources. You will define a CXO relationship strategy within your accounts, including engaging with AWS senior leadership team for executive sponsorship, coordinating executive business reviews, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities The Global Accounts Manager is responsible for managing a team of account managers, teaming with their customer’s IT Organization to build strategic relationships across Telecom accounts, articulating a clear vision and generating enthusiasm, while impacting all business groups. The role is responsible for selling at the most strategic level within the assigned Telecom accounts and implementing a broad

· The candidate must have 12+ years experience working with a large Global organization as the lead Account and Relationship Manager. · People management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills are required. · Candidate must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skill. · Experience selling into or working within the Telecommunications, Media/Entertainment or advertising vertical is required.
