Amazon is seeking a Sr Manager, Program Management to join the Worldwide Consumer HR team to focus on core programs and operations that will enable HR leaders to partner effectively with Consumer business leaders’ critical priorities. The role will work directly with the VP of HR, Consumer and the direct HR leadership team while engaging in a variety of activities that will drive impact with the business leaders within the Worldwide Consumer organization. This position requires this individual to develop, drive, and inspect ongoing operating rhythms and goals to assess HR performance, work across teams to obtain data and understand core processes, identify opportunities to improve current processes or metrics, work with business partners to identify tool and system improvement opportunities, and validate improvement efforts.
