We are looking for a compliance leader who specializes in global direct import risk management and brand reputation to join the MVP compliance team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in compliance risk management, specifically in the practical application of reasonable testing programs, life cycle management, and supply chain processes. You will work directly with the global trade services team, retail, legal, operations, technical teams, and external business partners to drive compliance initiatives and efficiencies in our Direct Import program. Core Responsibilities: · Serve as a key compliance risk advisor and program owner, partnering with legal, technical, and business teams to measure and to mitigate compliance risk through appropriate control implementations, testing, and (where necessary)
· Basic Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree. · Demonstrated customer focus and experience releasing products and programs to market. · Knowledge of product compliance processes and interplay with global supply chains. · Previous experience in tech, electronics, consumer goods, or other fast-paced, technology- driven businesses a strong plus. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex issues for consumption by technical and non-technical audiences at all levels. · · · Relentless drive for results, even in ambiguous and fast paced environments · Demonstrated
