This Process Manager role is a great opportunity to join the Global Services Operations (GSO) team and play a key part in delivering the future operating model for Microsoft Services $5B business, enabling double-digit growth. Global Services Operations (GSO), within Microsoft Business Operations, is focused on building industry-leading capabilities to make it easier for customers to do business with Microsoft and deploy our latest technologies. We're looking for a Process Manager to join our Process Management team to design, implement, support and improve operational solutions to achieve business goals. The team drives optimal process design from concept to deployment, right through to monitoring process performance in the "live" environment, identifying waste and continuous improvement opportunities. Responsibilities: Provide SME support for key processes and be a global escalation point for complex deals for contract management issues Leverage data to identify, influence and execute proactive process improvement and standardization initiatives, collaborating closely with relevant teams Manage contracting process training and content evolution for GSO Learning and Readiness (new hires) and Operations Specialists. Own, drive and deliver improvement projects–ranging from go do, to large impactful projects to improve process quality, customer experience, or achieve cost/ benefit goals Landing
Basic Qualifications: 2 years' minimum experience within Operations, IT, finance, Program Management, or Project Management A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: BS/BA degree Strong written/oral communication skills required, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts Detail oriented and thorough, with ability to think "big picture" Demonstrated analytical ability, particularly
