OLC sits in the Litigation, Competition, and Compliance Group (LCCG) within Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs. Help drive a team of business professionals and data scientists to understand, analyze, define, and scope the business requirements, metrics, and KPIs for compliance risk scenarios. Drive and execute the change management required to support the adoption of new compliance analytics and manage day-to-day program support for specific analytics within the Compliance Analytics Program ( e.g., High Risk Deals, High Risk Partners, and/or Health of Compliance Program) in partnership with other stakeholders. Partner with teams to identify and explore opportunities for the application of data technologies
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience with a track record of delivering impact demonstrating: Top notch program and project management skills; An ability to organize, lead, motivate, and build credibility with a diverse set of stakeholders; An ability to communicate and influence all levels from senior executives on down and all functions (such as engineering, marketing, sales, services, finance, and legal).
