Amazon Go is looking for a leader to own and drive our merchandising strategy program across new geographies and store sizes. This person will be responsible for diving into the day to day operations, testing and experimenting new merchandising programs and concepts, and launching new merchandising programs. You are a program management leader and can build an excellent merchandising program for new formats and store sizes, manage projects across multiple cross functional teams, assess risk, communicate to leadership, and deliver project on-time. You are process-oriented, highly organized, super curious, and thrive in an environment where priorities shift fast and ambiguity is ever present. You know how to be scrappy

· Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. · 6+ years’ experience in merchandising, space optimization, and/or store planning. · 6+ years experience in Program Management. · Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem solving, and communicating recommendations. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. · Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability
