We are looking for a process driven, organized self-starter to join our Amazon Logistics Human Resources department as a Program Manager, HR Optimization. As a Program Manager for HR Optimization, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving current state processes in order to define and implement future state processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. · Bachelor’s degree · 3-5 years experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs· Project Management and Six Sigma certification and/or relative project management/process improvement experience · Proven analytical capabilities; experience developing audit reports and metrics decks · Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills · Experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources · Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy · Ability to independently
