The BPM role is responsible for working with Corporate and Field stakeholders, across all phases of software development lifecycle to influence, deploy, and drive adoption effective engineering global solutions in the Field. This includes identifying, assessing and prioritizing field needs, processes, requirement, design then driving deployment and adoption activities such as planning, change management, readiness, UAT and post implementation management of success measurement, field change requests and escalations. The BPM drives these activities by being a field single point of contact for business
Required Qualifications: 10+ years of solution, project, process, and/or change management with proven track record of successful delivery in support of sales functions and marketing as well as finance field communities. Minimum 10+ years' experience in the IT or software industry or in business/IT consulting services. Prior experience with any of the following: Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales, Licensing, Finance, Incentive Compensation Processes, Models and Systems desired Effective Change Management Experience A bility to support work across multiple time zones.
