We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Corporate Tax Department as a Transfer Pricing Program Manager – with a background in operational excellence projects, and methodologies based in our Seattle headquarters. The Program Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role which utilizes project management and operational excellence methodologies; and will drive continuous improvement across our team and systems impacting all aspects of Transfer Pricing. The candidate selected will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with our Transfer Pricing Accounting, and Tax teams as a key stake holders, understanding our highest priority execution pain points, allowing the ability to drive operational excellence
· A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 5+ years experience at a large public company. · Prior experience implementing and enhancing financial systems such as Oracle or SAP. · SharePoint Power User · Advanced degree from a top tier graduate school. (MBA or Masters preferred) · Strong evidence of stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles. · Experience with Salesforce Visualforce and/or Apex · Steady career progression of 5 to 7+ years in operational excellence environments and experience in Fortune 500 company(s). · Steady career progression
