Responsibilities: Work closely with peer engineering teams on: Defining and implementing improvements to service monitoring and reporting to enhance service reliability and capability. Producing the supporting training materials to ramp the organization on Service Health roles. Identifying additional feature requirements in our overall CSEO telemetry system and our Service metric dashboarding Migration of our engineering metrics to an internal tool Service 360 and drive adoption of Service 360 across CSEO. Collaborate with Service 360 on product enhancements.
Requirements: 6+ years working as a technical program manager with engineering teams and a demonstrated experience in service release and technical feature design. Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership. Previous knowledge working on telemetry and service monitoring to understand throughput, limitations and constraints. Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning using tools like R, Python is a plus. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. #CSEO
