As the CO+I Workforce Development Training Program Manager, you will drive development of the training our datacenter teams need from day one on the job, into advanced stages of their career. You will have a key role in ensuring the safe delivery of core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. As a successful CO+I Workforce Development Training PM, your performance objectives include: Build and prioritize your program's development timeline/roadmap based on business objectives. Develop and manage complex learning models for multiple, varied learner groups with measurable learning outcomes in an ROI-based business model. Develop (hands-on) individually and with others (vendors) training solutions, including assessments, facilitator guides, storyboards and presentations. Create a program to use and pilot through a new logical lab; an image that trainees can log into where all our tools
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in learning, training, or instructional design. University/college degree or additional 2+ years' equivalent experience in instructional design or educational technology Previous experience with e-learning software development tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud Willingness to support a flexible travel schedule (up to 15%) Preferred Qualifications Experience with datacenter personnel or other highly skilled, global operations workforces. Experience using data to show impact of training to performance or other measurable business objective
