The Bing UX team is looking for a rock star program manager to join our team to build great user experiences on Bing. In this role, it's all about understanding the user intent and helping complete their search tasks with answers. The idea candidate will have passion for delivering highly relevant results to our users and the ability to traverse a range of teams and technologies end-to-end. Flighting and experimentation are essential foundation on how we ship new features so your work will be seen by millions on a daily basis. The candidate should have deep technical expertise, great user empathy, experience with creating scalable user frameworks, and a passion for improving search. An ideal candidate should be a self-starter, problem-solver, and be a strong collaborator who is able to work effectively with a large number of partners both local and remote.
Conduct customer analysis to understand user tasks, top pain points and new business opportunities via delightful experiences. Take insights and translate them into features or actions. Develop plans for flighting and experimentation across different product canvases. Partner closely with feature teams to improve the quality and relevance of search results. Partner with user research and design team to develop user experiences which align to customer needs. Write feature specs, manage and track key issues, and manage team execution.
