The NA Amazon Transportation Services Human Resources (NA ATS HR) team provides HR support to Amazon’s Middle Mile network which ensures every order gets from click to customer door. The Middle Mile is the first stop on the journey from the warehouse and includes Air, Line Haul, and Sort Centers. Our HR professionals provide support to our front-line leaders and our Associates. NA ATS HR is looking for a forward-thinking Senior Program Manager with strong analytical skills, and organizational design and development expertise to own the design, implementation, and management of a fungible and flexible operations and support model that allows for easy scalability to support continued growth and increasing complexity of the
· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years' work experience focused on Talent Assessment, Talent Management, and Culture Development for a large and diverse workforce · Strong Program Management experience that includes managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives · Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner · Superior impromptu speaking, classroom delivery, and group process facilitation skills · Ability to travel approximately 10-20%· Master’s degree in related discipline · Experience in the practical application of
