Core Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be an experienced PM or Engineer with a track record of building and developing teams and learning programs. Develop Onboarding and Development program for new and existing engineers Work independently to drive large, complex programs and solutions Drive results across multiple organizations via strong cross-group collaboration skills Leverage good technical understanding of Service Engineering lifecycle and Microsoft Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) to build training commensurate with overall program needs Drive business and technical conversations
Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of program management or engineering experience Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related disciplines OPGLX
