As engineers we need to be constantly looking for fresh ideas and new approaches. We are looking for the right people to take some of these ideas and turn them into reality. We have aggressive hiring goals to support unique business opportunities and look forward to meeting growth-minded individuals looking to create long-term, Microsoft-wide impact across Engineering by developing our people pipeline, and onboarding program, for a new centralized engineering team. We are looking for a strong, motivated, independent and energetic Principal Program Manager to partner with our program team to hire and onboard engineers and create required management processes for oversight. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys creating clarity from the ambiguous. Candidates should be interested in working closely with HR, Recruiting and Engineering

Core Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be an experienced PM or Engineer with a track record of building and developing teams and learning programs. Develop Onboarding and Development program for new and existing engineers Work independently to drive large, complex programs and solutions Drive results across multiple organizations via strong cross-group collaboration skills Leverage good technical understanding of Service Engineering lifecycle and Microsoft Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) to build training commensurate with overall program needs Drive business and technical conversations
Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of program management or engineering experience Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related disciplines OPGLX
