The WW Consumer Talent Development team is seeking a skilled, results-focused and agile Program Manager to support the development and implementation of talent management and learning workstreams aligned to a key leadership development project. This program has WW Consumer, global impact; it is based in Seattle but will interact with leaders and HR teams globally. Key objectives for this role will include: improving and driving the planning, execution, and communications of integrated TM and L and D workstreams to facilitate smooth implementation of workstreams and milestones. You will work across workstreams to develop, build alignment, and drive milestone adoption/understanding across multiple stakeholders. This requires working effectively with HR and senior business leaders
· 6+ years in Program/Project Management roles in Talent Management, HR or related function · Bachelor’s degree in related discipline · Proven track record of managing high-impact projects/programs and driving results; demonstrated experience in managing multiple project streams or programs, building mechanisms for work prioritization, planning, and coordination across teams · Comfort and capability accessing, computing and interpreting data/basic analytics (HR/TM focused) · Graduate degree (HR, MBA or related field) · Experience working with Talent Management and or L and D programs such as leadership/career
