Principal PM Manager; Azure Learning The Developer Relations team is looking for an experienced leader with a background in learning/training and content strategy. We build modern learning experiences like Docs.microsoft.com and Microsoft Learn ( Docs.microsoft.com/learn ), enabling people around the world to get the training they need and professional skills to master Azure and to advance their career. Do you have experience defining and driving content programs at a global level and implementing data-driven systems to understand content effectiveness? Do you understand the cloud computing market, and how to most effectively drive learning across technical audiences? We are looking for a thoughtful, analytical and high energy Principal PM Manager with excellent leadership experience, great people management skills as well as business acumen and technical depth of Microsoft Azure.

Key outcomes and accountabilities Develop a comprehensive content strategy and coordinate the development of that content across all of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Enterprise products. Develop and lead program level projects to ensure quality, support, and reach. Plan and support program work forecasts, capacity models and complex budgets. Partner with azure content developers, azure engineering and field teams and other subject matter experts to scope and build learning content, using a variety of modalities. Building highly effective virtual teams in a matrix organization, including leading through
Basic Qualifications 7+ years leading a training or technical content function in a global organization or a technical function responsible for global content production 7+ years in a leadership role managing people Demonstrated ability to measure program performance with data Strong technical skills to work closely with PM and Dev and to provide thought leadership to learning experience design and implementation High natural curiosity and energy levels to drive rapid learning and cross-group partnering Proven record of innovation and thought leadership through successfully delivered program results
