Microsoft Teams is a communication and collaboration hub for teamwork. We are looking for a program manager who can operate in a fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute. Even while working hard, we have a great sense of humor and love to infuse that personality into our product. This team is responsible for Microsoft Teams partner ecosystem. This includes prioritizing product feedback, unblocking customers and partners, coming up with scale strategies through partners and field to drive MAU. The areas of focus are the emerging markets, SMB, SharePoint partners and system integrators. For each of the above what features are needed from an end user perspective and from an IT Pro perspective. Identify key product gaps, work with engineering to scope and build the feature, build the program with OCP and marketing, scale the program, drive joint customer MAU. Required Qualifications 10+ years of related experience Demonstrated product/program management expertise Strong background in partners and partners ecosystem Excellent communication skills Influencing partner teams using customer/market understanding Stakeholder management Strong people management skills to lead a team of associates with varying background and demographic profile; Demonstrated ability to develop a strong team generating energy to achieve their potential
