We are seeking an experienced, analytical market research manager who can manage our market research strategy and deliver insights to support marketing efforts and strategic decision making. The Market Research Manager will be tasked with helping marketing get the data they need to understand customer insights and the market landscape in order to inform marketing strategies, customer behavior, and messaging. The role will require raising the bar to ensure the highest standards are met across diverse research objectives and methodologies. This will require working proactively and collaboratively with stakeholders to define the strategy and manage research projects. This position will define strategic research initiatives, manage market research efforts, and manage key metric tracking programs. We want a researcher who will

· 7+ years of quantitative and qualitative market research and analytics experience in a technology company · Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences · Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques · Experience writing research/whitepapers/proposals · 3+ years’ experience in project management competencies · BA/BS in relevant education· Prior involvement in product focused research · Expertise in business-to-business (B2B) and technology · Experience in international research · Experience in both client and vendor-side positions · Analytical
