Senior Program Manager; Azure Learning Are you ready to work on one of the most exciting learning products in the marketplace? We are seeking a talented, driven and experienced Sr. Program Manager to shape and execute on various programs for Microsoft Learn. Microsoft Learn is a new interactive, quick and fun way to learn Microsoft technologies. Microsoft Learn combines short step-by-step tutorials, browser-based interactive coding/scripting environments, and task-based achievements to provide technical audiences who want to learn Microsoft technologies a free interactive way of learning to help them advance their technical skills. As part of the Cloud Developer Relations team, your job will be to partner directly with our advocates to create a programmatic approach for delivering content on the Microsoft Learn platform. Drive complex learning programs from initiation through delivery driving measurable business impact. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives for online training and design activities and assessments that support those learning objectives. Develop an in-depth understanding for learner roles, to ensure that learning solutions drive engagement and deliver value. Basic Qualifications 6+ years of program/product management experience with a proven track record of successful delivery. 4+ years of experience working with content teams and software developers practicing agile methodologies. Proven record of innovation and thought leadership through successfully delivered program results. Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of customers and stakeholders, to drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
