Amazon's Global Learning and Development team is seeking a senior Simulation Leader with deep experience in building business and learning simulations. Imagine being part of the team building immersive learning experiences that support senior leaders in making high stakes decisions in the rapid and complex Amazon environment. This is an opportunity to shape an exciting new space from the ground up, creating and owning features for a simulation product portfolio within in the rapidly growing domain of enterprise and personalized learning. As the product owner, your will be responsible for driving the end-state vision of leadership simulations at Amazon. You are expected to be a thought leader in defining the business and decision-making simulation landscape, and bring both business and technical acumen to define product road map and execution. You will partner with research scientists, statisticians, software teams and global learning and development teams to identify product capabilities
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is required and 10+ years of relevant experience · Deep experience in designing and developing business simulations including decision branching scenarios and complex scoring models · 10+ years of business management, product management, or product development experience · Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) in Computer Science, Behavioral Economics, Operations Research, Game Theory or related field and/or MBA · Experience in developing business simulations using machine learning, and/or AI platforms related to behavioral economics, game/decision
